#ClassicsaDay #Stokowski Week 4
Stokowski’s recording legacy spans over 60 years. And whether he was conducting a premier orchestra or a group of studio musicians, the sound was unmistakable.
Michael Haydn choral works hold their own
This is an album of engagingly beautiful choral works. Director Tom Winpenny keeps the music moving along. In some cases giving rapid passages a dance-like quality.
Selim Palmgren piano cycle begins
