The director of the Albemarle Orchestras, Carrie Finnegan, spoke with WTJU about her concerts, students, and daily life.

For 19 years, the Orchestras at Albemarle High School, Jack Jouett Middle School, and Sutherland Middle School have been directed by Carrie Finnegan. Albemarle Orchestras is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment to serve students in playing bowed orchestral instruments and making a variety of music together.

These interviews air as part of WTJU’s Classical Sunrise, weekday mornings from 7-9am.
